Dim Sum
Appetizer Pack

  • Ready in 1 mins
  • Microwaveable
  • No MSG
  • No Trans Fat

The Sum-m! Dim Sum Appetizer Pack highlights a few of our favourites from the steamer carts. The BBQ pork bun combines the savoury taste of pork and bbq sauce in a slightly sweet fluffy bun. The Sui Mai is a staple of any dim sum experience and is a mixture of pork and vegetables in a juicy dumpling wrapper. Eat them while they're freshly steamed! Gyozas are a different taste experience because they are pan-fried. You'll love the perfect blend of garlic and pork in each of our gyozas!

Heating Instructions

Pan Frying
For Crispy Gyoza - Pour 1 teaspoon cooking oil into a non-stick frying pan. Remove Gyoza from pouch and place into frying pan flat side down, together with 1/3 cup of water. Cover pan with lid and cook for 5-8 minutes until water completely evaporates and Gyoza bottoms are crispy.

Steaming
For BBQ Pork Bao and Sui Mai - Bring water to boil in a steam cooker. Remove Bao or Sui Mai from pouch and place in a steam basket. Steam for 5 to 6 minutes or until hot.

Microwave
Do not open pouch. Puncture pouch 4 to 5 times with a fork. Heat the pouch in microwave on high for approximately 1 minute or until hot. Open pouch carefully as it will be hot. Serve Pork Gyoza and Pork Sui Mai with Sum-m! Gyoza Sauce.
