Filling: chicken, sui choy, cabbage, potato starch, sesame and soya oil, salt, soya sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate), green onion, sugar, ground sesame, ginger, white pepper, granulated garlic, yeast extract mix (yeast extract, salt, flavour, maltodextrin). Wrapper: enriched wheat flour, water, canola oil, salt.

Heating Instructions
Uncooked
Boiling: Place dumplings into boiling water for 5-8 minutes or until they float to the surface.
Steaming: After water boils, steam dumplings for 15 minutes.
Pan Frying: Put 2 teaspoons cooking oil, dumplings and ¾ cups of water into frying pan. Cover pan with lid and cook for 5-8 minutes until water completely evaporates.
