Today, it is a very common food eaten year round and found on the table of many Chinese families. The Sum-m! Gow Jee Dumplings are made from the very same recipes that we used when we started out on Cambie Street almost 25 years ago. Whether you are in the mood for something a little crispy or something in soup, the Sum-m! Gow Jee can help satisfy any craving! A most versatile food, it can be steamed, pan-fried, boiled, or served in soup. Perfect for the family on the go, these make a quick, healthy lunch or dinner anytime. Sum-m! Heating Instructions

Uncooked
Boiling: Place dumplings into boiling water for 5-8 minutes or until they float to the surface.

Steaming: After water boils, steam dumplings for 15 minutes.

Pan Frying: Put 2 teaspoons cooking oil, dumplings and ¾ cups of water into frying pan. Cover pan with lid and cook for 5-8 minutes until water completely evaporates.
