Sum-m! Gow Jee Dumplings
It’s a dumpling, it’s a perogie, no it’s a Gow Jee! Ok, so what is a Gow
Jee? Well, it’s kind of a dumpling, made of dough, um… and it’s got really
delicious fillings inside. But how do you cook them? Well you boil them,
or steam them. Then again, they’re really good pan-fried. Oh, but I really
love a nice hot bowl of Gow Jee in soup like mom used to make. Mmm … Okay
well maybe you should just experiment. These versatile dumplings are great
to work with and hard to resist.
Gow Jee come in three authentic Chinese flavours: Chicken and Vegetable,
Pork and Vegetable, and the classic Pork and Chive.
