In the summer heat, the last thing you want to do is turn on your stove and oven. But you still need to put dinner on the table, so you turn to your grill. Why not try grilling a few of our Sum-m! products for a simple light meal on its own or as a side for your main dish?
- Paper towel
- 1 package of Sum-m! product
Pre-heat the grill to medium – high. Dip a paper towel into the oil and grease the grates.
Place the product directly on the grill. Cover.
With the grill lid closed, the gyoza cook in about 5 – 7 minutes. Flip once to warm thoroughly.
The spring roll cooked in 15 minutes (faster than the oven!) with the lid closed. Turn them midway through to crisp both sides evenly.
Remove from the heat and serve with the accompanying sauces.
The spring rolls came out crispy and flaky with some beautiful grill marks. The gyoza, too, were crispy and had a good crunch on the side that was facing the grill.
Both products worked out well on the grill and would be a good addition to any barbeque events you’ll be attending this summer.
